HOW DO WE GET STARTED?

First step is to get in touch with us. You may send your inquiries to   or call our office to book for a consultation with one of our Immigration Advisers. Depending on where you are located, there are different ways we can have the consultation.

•    For Skilled Migrant Category

Please include your comprehensive Curriculum Vitae, and if applicable, that of your partner. We will then give you an initial email assessment for FREE.

Given the volume of inquiries we are attending to, we may reply to you in a matter of three to five working days.

In our reply, you will be given a brief explanation of the immigration category which may apply to your situation. You will be given informaton on the processes involved, timeliness and options.

•    For All Other Applicants

Since migration is a complex issue, people often write us various questions, it is advisable to consult with our licensed advisers rather than emailing us. Our advisers need to conduct an interview with you to ensure that we understand your situation comprehensively.  We commit to treat your information with utmost confidentiality.

DO WE HAVE A CONTRACT?

Yes.  We are committed to protecting the interest of our clients and we lawfully do this by presenting to you a Service Agreement. This written document specifies responsibilities, expectations and understanding from both our sides. You will receive a copy of this agreement in advance to enable you to read and understand. We also encourage you to seek independent advise before engaging into any of our services.

WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE TO HAVE AN AGENT AND DOING IT MYSELF?

The difference is comparable to consulting your doctor versus self-medicating on a health issue that is life-changing. Migrating is not only life-changing but a new life in itself for many applicants.  Surely we are biased, but our bias comes from our personal experience of being migrants ourselves and our professional expertise.

Consulting professionally has, over the years, become the mode of entry for more and more immigrants.  It is observably less stressful, more efficient and cost-effective in the long run to hire the services of a licensed and experienced adviser than to do an unknown.

Getting an immigration specialist means you can save up on the time-consuming process of understanding the immigration law and policy.

ARE YOU A LEGITIMATE COMPANY?

Yes.  All our offices are registered in the country of operations i.e New Zealand, Philippines  with the appropriate  government bodies.  We are also tax-registered in both countries, so expect the appropriate tax application on your Invoice.

We issue Invoice with full description of services rendered, fee payable, and issue Official Receipt on payment of your dues. Furthermore, we have two fully licensed immigration advisers adhering to the Immigration Advisers Authority Code of Ethics.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST US?

Our professional fee is reasonable specially when you factor-in the quality, reliability and professionalism that goes with your engagement with us as your consulting agent. Moreover, we will give you the list of the complete financial  requirement for the suggested application type before we even start the engagement. We will never subject you to any hidden charge or unforeseen expense. All payments for third parties i.e. school tuition, immigration fees, will be disclosed to its actual amount and can be paid directly to the appropriate office/s.

HOW DO WE PAY YOU?
For your peace of mind and added protection, we do not accept cash payments.

We strongly recommend that you pay us through the following options:

1. Bank Check/Draft payable to our company.

For clients in New Zealand and from other countries: NZ IMMIGRATION HELP SERVICE LTD
For clients in the Philippines: NZIHS PHILIPPINES CONSULTANCY SERVICES

2. Direct credit through bank account in NZ$ for New Zealand & other countries and in PhP for Philippine clients.

3. Eftpos in our New Zealand Office and credit card payments for New Zealand and other countries.
For immigration fees, and other cost that is not directly for us, we highly prefer that you give us a bank cheque payable to the applicable office or credit card details.

\WHAT ASSURANCE CAN YOU GIVE US?

We are a legitimate international company.  This means that we are subject to world standards imposed by government agencies and regulatory bodies.  We will handle your application with utmost professionalism. Your situation is important to us. We have gone through the process ourselves and know the emotional, physical and financial involvement that goes with an application.

We do not raise false expectations because we only deal with genuine and credible cases.

WHAT IS THE TIME-FRAME FOR AN APPLICATION?

This is largely dependent on the category in which you applied and the situation of the applicant.  We have cases for Skilled Migrant that were issued with Invitation to Apply within one week after selection and was decided after a month. We also have those who have to wait for a year and a half before the final decision. For Student Visas, we have cases when an Approval-In-Principle was granted in two days, and others lasted for 30 days before it was decided.  Depending on the (1) branch, (2) immigration officer and (3) case being handled, it all varies.

WHAT ARE MY CHANCES?

Every application is unique.  It all depends on an individual's situation.
